Lake Garda

We took a drive to Lake Garda.
A huge lake surrounded by beautiful villas and resort towns.
We ended up in a town on a pinnacle at the south end called Sirmione with Scaliger Castle.
Enjoyed drinks at the Sirmione hotel overlooking the lake,a nice lunch of pizza and panini,some yummy gelato and picked up a Italian spice mix called "Caprese" and some Lemon pepper pasta to cook with.

 It felt really good to stand in the cool water. It was about 80 degrees in the sun.
